Electronic music is the kind of music that used to produce and interpret electronic instruments and electronic music technology. In general, one can distinguish between the sound produced using electromechanical means to that produced using electronic technology. Examples of electromechanical sound producing devices include Telharmonium, Hammond organ and electric guitar. The sound production purely electronic can be achieved by devices like the theremin, synthesizer sound and computer.
